On October 16, 2018, a meeting of students of Karaganda State Industrial University with a specialist – theologian, head of KSU “Center for the Study and Analysis of Problems of Interfaith Relations”, a delegate of the 6th Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions – Khaev Dauren Shegenyazovich, on the topic “Religions for the safe world of the twenty-first century”

This meeting was held in dialogue form with the purpose of outreach on the formation of legal consciousness and culture, religious literacy, as well as to prevent religious extremism among young people.

The theologian revealed the concepts of secularism, citizenship, tolerance, patriotism, and issues of an inter-ethnic nature were discussed.

Students listened attentively to the theologian and learned a lot in the sphere of religious trends of the present time.

During the event, youth representatives raised the most discussed topics of a religious nature, asked questions of interest and received detailed and comprehensive answers to them from the theologian D.Sh. Kanaeva. This meeting had an important educational value.

In the future, Karaganda State Industrial University will hold meetings and conversations on an ongoing basis in order to promote the ideas of peacemaking, partnership, tolerance and creation.

October 7, 2018, in the Palace of culture named after Yestay, in Pavlodar, was the semifinal of the regional League CMS “Irtysh”, where the team CMS VN team KGIU” dzhanluigi magnitoffon “took 1st place and reached the final of the Irtysh League, which is the fifth year officially included in the international Union CMS “AMIK”.

CMS was so fascinating, interesting and bright that each joke, each miniature was met with a storm of applause of the Pavlodar audience.

The jury appreciated the youth creativity and the following winning places were distributed among the teams of CMS ” Such different “team KIDSTV, Karaganda city-2nd and 3rd place – “Safari” Astana city.

3 October 2018, the Prosecutor of the office of the Committee for legal statistics and special records of the city of Temirtau Battalova Gulmira Serikovna in conjunction with the Director of the Department on educational work and youth policy Salpenova Madina Meiramovna held for the students of KSIU introductory seminar in database: “Map of criminal offenses”, the “Map of criminal offenses committed by juveniles, Maps of the perpetrators of violent acts of sexual character concerning minors” and “Maps of accidents”.

During the seminar, students learned from the speech of Battalova G. S. that the 32nd step of the program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Ah. Nazarbayev’s ” national Plan-100 concrete steps “is the creation of the Internet portal” Map of criminal offenses “on the basis of the national information system”Map of criminal offenses”. The map shows all criminal offences committed in the country, places and circumstances of their Commission. The card works in “online” mode.

The uniqueness of the Map is that it is integrated with the database of the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, and thus, information about criminal offenses automatically appears on the Map immediately after the registration of the application to the police.

“You can see the location, time and type of crime, as well as all the information about the persons who committed the crime. Also, displays the dynamics of crime in the region. People can find out how criminal the area is, compare neighborhoods, streets or houses with each other. In the maps reflected the crimes committed at any point of Kazakhstan”, – said the Prosecutor Battalova G. S.

In a similar way, “a map of crimes committed by minors”, “a Map of persons who have committed sexual violence against minors” and “an accident Map”work.

Summing up the results of the seminar, the Director of the DDA and MP Salpenova M. M. noted that it is important to lead the right way of life, not to break the law, as any violation, even minor hooliganism, is recorded in the database of the Committee of legal statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the future may be a serious obstacle to employment in law enforcement agencies and public service.

As part of the celebration of the day of languages of the people of Kazakhstan on September 20, 2018, the Department of “Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages” held a competition of readers “Language – the soul of the nation”, the purpose of which was to arouse the interest of students to learn languages.

The variety of subjects and unusual manner of performance differed contestants – students of the first, second and third courses of the University and College at KGIU.

In the state, Russian and English languages sounded both classical and modern poems, prose and songs, including poems of his own composition.

Participants of the competition showed excellent ability to tell poems and sing songs expressively and with feeling. More than 30 readers took part in the competition.

The winners were: 1st place-Zhetpisbayeva Akerke (gr. UIA-18 KSIU), 2nd place-Beregovoi Cyrill (. gr. AIU -18 KSIU), 3rd place – Erboluly Ernar (FEC).

The recitation contest was held in an atmosphere of kindness. The jury unanimously advised the young readers to develop their gift of creativity and become famous poets and singers of Kazakhstan.
