A MEETING OF EMPLOYEES OF THE Department of internal Affairs WITH FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS WAS IN KSIU

On September 27, 2018, KGIU hosted a meeting of employees of the Department of internal Affairs of Temirtau with first-year students.
The purpose of the meeting – prevention of deviant behavior among young people.
The preventive meeting was devoted to the issues of administrative and criminal liability of minors for crimes and offenses.
Inspector of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Temirtau Rakhmatulina Zhania Toleubekovna spoke in detail about the most common offenses among young people and about the types of responsibility for violation of the law, explained how to behave in a difficult situation and where to seek help.
Sultanova Madina Maratovna informed the students about the regulations, about the inadmissibility of violation of discipline, the mode of the day in the hostel and the code of academic integrity.
The relevance of preventive measures of this kind, aimed at preventing offenses among students – the primary task of educational work carried out in the KGIU.
According to the plan of educational work of Karaganda state industrial University for 2018 – 2019 academic year, such meetings will be held on a regular basis 2 times a semester.
The number of people attending the event was 200.
