The third year student of the Karaganda State Industrial University Arailym Smaile is awarded a letter of thanks for participating in the republican essay contest dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the constitutional legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The contest was held by the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the First President’s Foundation among students and schoolchildren. Representatives of KSIU  took an active part in it, and the essay of the student of the group “Electroenergy-15k” Arailym Smaile was eventually recognized as one of the best.

The contest was held remotely. Arailym sent her work “Man, his rights and freedoms – the highest value”, prepared in the Kazakh language. When writing, she says with pride, she did not use Internet resources, but expressed her opinion completely.

– I wrote about the fact that in case of violation of human rights, responsibility for this lies first of all on him, because he does not know the laws of the country in which he lives, – says Araylym. “But at the same time, I pointed out in my essay that such people should be helped in every way by those who are well aware of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And it is necessary to carry out measures to explain human rights and the laws of the country – this will protect our citizens.
