Currently, work is being carried out within the framework of 2 contractual R & D on the following topics: “Receiving refractory materials from metallurgical wastes” and “Developing a technology for processing resin-containing coke-chemical wastes” totaling 3.5 million tenge

Employees of the “CTаE” department annually take part in various competitions for grant funding of applied and basic scientific research by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which also involves undergraduates. Since 2014 Applications for grant funding were submitted on the following topics:

  1. “Development of technology for the production of gypsum from raw materials of the Mayozek field” – scientific project leader of the project Gavva N. F .;
  2. “The development of the theoretical foundations of catalytic hydrogenation and cavitation treatment of coal tar” – the scientific head of the project Musina G.N.
  3. “New technological aspects of the preliminary activation treatment of solid and heavy hydrocarbon raw materials for the production of commercial products.” Project Manager Musina G.N .;
  4. “Hydrometallurgical methods for the dephosphorization of the Lisakovsk concentrate”. Project Manager Isanova B.Kh .;
  5. “The study of the physicochemical and thermal properties of composite fuels based on liquid hydrocarbons, produced by hydropercussion-cavitation method in order to increase the efficiency of their use in metallurgical and energy units.” Project Manager Musina G.N. (Project jointly with IMETUro, Russian Academy of Sciences, Yekaterinburg);
  6. “Development of a new contact device plates” oblique type. ” Project Manager Arbuzov V.A.

Of the unfunded research in 2016, the initiative theme of the research work “Improvement of the Coal Coal Enrichment Process” was approved; the head of the Ph.D., associate professor Gavva N.F.
