Council of Committee on affairs of youth consists of the chairman of Committee on affairs of youth, the deputy chairman of Committee on affairs of the youth, responsibleperson for the volunteer work, sections of Committee responsible for work on affairs of the youth, the responsible secretary and other persons appointed by the chairman of Committee on affairs of youth.

2. Council of Committee on youth affairs is formed again when passing the next elections of the chairman of Committee on youth affairs.

3. The question of replacement of a vacant place of the member of council of Committee on affairs of youth has to be considered within one month.
