Biography:

• Since June 1, 1994, was accepted as an intern-teacher of the department “Industrial Heat and Power Engineering and Metallurgical Heat Engineering” (PTE and MT).
• After graduating from the graduate school in 2004, she defended her thesis on the specialty “Metallurgy of ferrous, non-ferrous and rare metals”
• in 2008 received the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty “Energy”
• Scientific and teaching experience is 23 years.

Zhabalova G.G. actively conducts scientific and methodological work, participates in state budget funded and non-funded research projects, has 2 copyright certificates for inventions, more than 90 scientific and methodical works, including manuals with the ISBN index written individually and co-authored.

She participates in the Republican and International scientific-technical, scientific-practical and scientific-methodical conferences and forums. She was the developer of the SOSE and model programs for metallurgical specialties. Constantly improves his skills, passes refresher courses, takes part in seminars conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participates as a member of the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan while inspecting universities, is an expert in IKAPQE.

She takes an active part in the annual scientific and technical conferences; supervises the research work of students. During the work she developed the following courses: “Boiler plants of industrial enterprises”, “High-temperature processes and installations”, “Heat engineering”, “Heating and heating plants”, etc., including methodical instructions for the course design, methodical for students of evening and correspondence forms of education.

Under the guidance of Zhabalova G.G. laboratory stands and installations were established to strengthen the material and technical base of the department. Under her guidance, students take prizes in the Republican competition of SRWS on specialty 5В071700 “Heat power engineering”, in the competition “The Genofond of Eurasia” for the best course work, in the republican international scientific and practical conferences.

Since April 2013. “Honorary Professor of the State Research and Design Institute”.

For special merits in the field of science and education of RK Zhabalova G.G. was awarded with diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akim of Karaganda region, breastplate “For services to KGIU”.
