Work experience:

He graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Institute, Sanitary and Hygienic Faculty.

He began his career as Chief Physician of the Zhanadalinsky District Disinfestation at the cost-accounting of the Turgai Oblast (1986-1988).

Worked as an assistant, senior lecturer of the Department of Food Hygiene Karaganda State Medical Institute (1988-1999).

He studied at the full-time postgraduate study (1991-1994) of the department of occupational health of KSMI (on a competitive basis).

In 1996 he defended his thesis for a thesis on “Ayrlyқ drerezhesy әr tүrlң eңbekpen aynalysatyn ұұmyshylardy” tamatanu tәtіbіby zhone macromorphometriya status “on the specialty 14.00.07 – Hygiene.

He worked as a research assistant, senior research associate (1999-2000) laboratory of industrial hygiene of the Institute of Physiology and Hygiene of Labor of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (on a competitive basis).

From 2004 to 2010 – Head of the Laboratory of Industrial Hygiene of the National Center of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2007 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Ken Bayytu өndirisi keshenіnde zhumyshylardyң densaulyıyn basқarudy hygiene” principle “on the specialty 14.00.07 – Hygiene.

In December 2005, the decision of the Committee for Supervision and Attestation in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.

In June 2010, the decision of the Committee for Supervision and Attestation in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK awarded the academic title of Professor.

Since July 2010 – Deputy Director for Research of the Republican Scientific Research Institute for Labor Protection Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since October 2011 – Director of the National Center of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014 he was elected professor at Karaganda State Technical University.

In 2016 he was elected professor at the Karaganda State Industrial University.

Since September 2017, the head of the Department of Chemical Technology and Ecology of Karaganda State Industrial University.

Scientific activity:

He is the author of more than 219 scientific works, including more than 20 methodical documents, 3 inventions for an innovative patent, 1 prepatent and 1 author’s certificate, 3 manual for students, 1 methodical manual, 1 explanatory dictionary, 4 certificate of state registration of rights to the author’s object rights, 1 manual on “Hygiene of Labor” (2 volumes), 5 monographs.

Under the scientific leadership, 6 candidates and 3 master’s dissertations were successfully defended. He was the Editor-in-Chief of 3 collections of the International Scientific and Practical Conference (2011, 2012, 2013).

He was a responsible executive of 3 and the Head of 4 Research Programs.
