3. Acceptance of documents for participation in competition to study abroad within the academic mobility
4. Transfer and return of students in higher educational institutions
5. Provision of dormitory to the students of higher educational institutions
6. Obtaining duplicates of documents on higher and post graduate education
7. Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition for sbstitution of teaching staff and researchers of higher educational institutions positions
8.  Issue of certificate to the persons who did not complet higher and post-graduate education
9. Providing medical leave of absence for students in education organizations
10. Iassuance of certificate on successful complex testing
11. Obtaining a permit for external studies education at higher education institutions
12. Provision of free meals to the certain categories of citizens, as well as to the persons who are under guardianship (custodyship) and patronage
13. Acceptance of ocuments and awarding “The best teacher of higher education institute” title
14. Award of educational grants and provision of social support to the students in higher education institutions
