Academic mobility

The reception of documents among students for study abroad within the framework of
academic mobility for the fall semester of 2019-2020 academic year is opened

Since this academic year, new rules have been introduced for sending students to study abroad as part of academic mobility!!!

 Students of the 1st and 2nd courses  can participate in the competition.

internationally recognized certificate confirming the level of proficiency in English (IELTS, TOEFL)

 Universities, where the selected persons will be sent, will be specified.

Applicants for participation in the competition for study abroad provide the following documents:

  1.  passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan (notarized color copy);
  2. a medical certificate (for traveling abroad) in the form No. 082 / y, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 6697);
  3.  educational documents (notarized color copies): transcript of current progress;
  4.  an internationally recognized certificate confirming the level of proficiency in English (IELTS, TOEFL);
  5.  written consent of parents, guardians, legal representatives of an applicant who has not attained eighteen years of age for a period of more than 2 (two) months;
  6.  copies of certificates, certificates, diplomas, letters of appreciation (if available, by specialization, notarized and translated into the state or Russian languages);
  7.  copies of birth certificates of four or more children living together under age or a copy of a court decision on adoption, address certificates for all children under age living together to confirm the student’s large family;
  8.  a document confirming the absence of parents from the student (for the category of students belonging to orphans or to students left without parental care (if any);
  9.  a certificate of disability in form, approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 30, 2015 No. 44 “On approval of the Rules for conducting medical and social expertise” (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 10589).

 



As part of academic mobility, students of Karaganda State Industrial University annually study at universities in the Czech Republic (University of Ostrava) and Poland (Lublin Polytechnic University).
