Material and technical base
There are good material resources for research works on chair. 12 specialized laboratories in which students under the leadership of leading experts can work are equipped.
In laboratories “General chemical technology”, “Processes and devices of chemical technology of organic substances”, “Mass exhange processes” and “Chemical technology of organic synthesis and materials” is carried out studying of processes of rectification, extraction, absorption and adsorption, polymerization, heat exchange, reactionary processes; studying of hydrodynamics of the foamy device and contact devices of mass-exchanged devices, hydraulics of the weighed layer, processes of crushing, hashing, sedimentation, centrifugation.
The laboratory of “Chromatograph methods of the analysis” is intended for research of structure of various organic mixes, studying of a number of chemical and technological processes.
In laboratories “General and inorganic chemistry”, “Organic chemistry”, “Physical and colloidal chemistry”, “Analytical chemistry” studying of properties of organic and inorganic substances, researches of colloidal solutions, determination of viscosity of colloidal systems, studying of oxidation-reduction and other types of reactions, studying of kinetics of course of chemical reaction, the sedimentation and coagulation phenomenon is carried out; the qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances by chemical methods (A gravimetry, indicator titration) is carried out
The laboratory of “Physical and chemical methods of the analysis” is intended for the analysis of substances by various tool methods (photorange metry, potential metry, coulombmetry, etc.).
In laboratory “Corrosion and protection of metals” corrosion researches of samples of steel and alloys are conducted.
