Educational and methodical work

The main purpose of educational and methodical work at the Department is to create conditions conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of the educational process. Management of educational and methodical work is carried out by the head of the Department.

Methodical work at the Department is a set of measures aimed at:

– providing the educational process with educational and methodical complexes;

– improvement of pedagogical skills of teachers;

– improvement of classroom and independent work of students,

– improvement of all forms, types and methods of educational work at the Department taking into account the state and prospects of development of financial and economic activities of enterprises for which the Department trains specialists.

– the solution of the tasks providing achievement of the purposes of methodical work is carried out at Department in the forms:

– «educational and methodical work» aimed at improving the methodology of teaching disciplines, direct methodological support of the educational process, the introduction of recommendations developed as a result of research work, improving the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff;

– «scientific and methodological work» aimed at generalization of best practices, long-term development of the learning process, improvement of its content and teaching methods, search for new principles, patterns, methods, forms and means of organization and technology of the educational process;

– «organizational and methodological work», covers activities for the management of methodological work.

Educational and methodical work and documentation of the Department are largely determined by the needs of the labor market and are regularly improved. For example, students and employers – representatives of organizations-were involved in the development of the Educational Program.

The Department develops and implements programs focused on the needs of employers, and create mechanisms to continuously monitor changes in the labor market and the requirements of the main consumers to the quality of education. In the framework of the scientific and technical Council (STC) implementation relationship in research direction, middle, middle professional and high school.

Assessment of the quality of educational services of the Department is determined by the employment of its graduates. To this end, the Department establishes close cooperation with employers. Representatives of employers take part in meetings of the Department and participate in the analysis of educational programs, elective courses.
