Scientific activity is an integral part of the work of the department.

The faculty of the department is engaged in science on topical problems in accounting, auditing and management. The results are presented in the form of publications of articles, monographs and teaching aids.

Since 2016, the department has been developing a state budget research work on the topic: “Economic efficiency of attracting direct investment for regional development by the example of the silicon industry.”

During the last period of time, a number of textbooks and textbooks were developed and published:

1.Gelmanova Zoya Salikhovna – “Production Management” (in the state language) – educational aid, Karaganda, 2017g. “Environmental management of a metallurgical enterprise” – monograph, Karaganada, 2014.

3. Nurgalieva Asel Kazhatovna – textbooks on subjects in the state language “Financial reporting of commercial organizations”, “Taxes and Taxation”, “Financial Accounting-1”, “Accounting in Construction”.
4. Zaybert Irina Alfredovna – a textbook on the discipline “Audit of industrial and commercial enterprises.”

At the present time, two employees of the department Petrovskaya Assiya Stanislavovna and Aldabaeva Asem Eginbaevna are studying in the magistracy in the specialty 6M050600 -Economy.

Prepared for defense master’s theses on the topics: “Client-oriented approach to the development of a transnational company” (Petrovskaya AS), “Improvements in state regulation of innovation activity of small and medium-sized businesses in the context of globalization of Kazakhstan’s economy” (Aldabaeva AE)

In 2017, the senior teacher Omarova Nurbanu Mnazhitovna graduated from the Master’s program at the Central Kazakhstan Academy, specializing in Economics and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Economics.

To practice, students are sent to the basic enterprises and organizations, which today operate relatively stably and are leading in the industry.

Annually student works take prizes are awarded with diplomas in the competition of diploma thesis in management (Moscow, Russia), republican competitions of student works (Almaty), competitions for “Best student work (Almaty, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Kokchetav).

Cooperation is actively with foreign and international organizations supporting business education, entrepreneurship and innovation (Western Europe, Russia).

To ensure the high quality of the educational process, the scientific activity of the teaching staff is actively realized at the department by publishing scientific papers with a high citation index.
